The Clean Mind Series
Presence is one of the rarest gifts in our modern world. It asks nothing of us but our awareness, yet it feels elusive — easily buried beneath noise, urgency, and the endless pull to do more, become more, and prove more.
But when one can master the gift of presence, one begins to understand divine love. For to live in presence is to dwell where divine love thrives — where time stills and the noise of the world fades away.
Presence is not passive; it is alive. It is the field where vibrational energies align and elevate, where peace radiates effortlessly. Presence is the still point in motion — the meeting place between heaven and earth.
Many of us, however, chase what can only be received. The worldly and the ego often cloud this gift, pulling us into grasping, performing, and comparing. In doing so, we become diamonds in the rough — still brilliant at the core, but covered in the dust of distraction.
Presence is the diamond itself: radiant, clear, and silently declaring, “I am fully here with you.”
To hold presence is not an act of perfection but of remembrance — remembering that the light has always been within. We cannot take presence from another, nor can we buy it, borrow it, or chase it into being.
When we turn inward, when we breathe and return home to ourselves, the diamond clears.
We shine.
Reflection
Pause for a moment. Take a deep breath. Where in your life do you find yourself chasing what presence could simply give?
Mantra
I return to presence. I return to love. I return to now.
